Kim Lang is a Swiss born artist who focuses her projects on the intersection, the meeting point of human body and the landscape where their food grows. Her main research is focused around seeds, phenological seasons, food sovereignty, CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), care and maintenance work and different forms of support structures such as food cooperatives.
Kim loves to work collaboratively. A big part of her work is research which she always tries to make accessible or even participatory through different channels (such as readings on the radio). Documentation of this research often find different forms of publications such as the Ajda Pratika booklet (buckwheat almanack) or the Phenological Calendar poster.
