Tymon Hogenelst (Tokyo, 1993) is an architect and former co-founder of Studio Wild. In 2021 Studio Wild was selected to participate in the Venice architecture biennale at the parallel program of the Dutch pavilion with their project The Forbidden Garden of Europe. Which resulted in follow-up exhibitions, presentations and pavilions in Rome, Madrid and Vienna. Tymon works on projects related to architecture and landscape. He has a strong interest in rural methods and how these can be transformed with a non-nostalgic critical attitude, into a modern architectural landscape. In 2022 he was selected for the Dutch Talent Development Grant with his project Situated Architecture which was about material culture, tacit knowledge and gates in the terraced landscape of Liguria (Italy).
